Airline and train ticket refunds are governed by the respective carrier's policy and are not under our control.
In the rare event that we cancel a trip due to natural calamity, force majeure, or government advisory, we will offer a full refund or free rescheduling — whichever you prefer.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 – 10 business days back to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2 – 3 business days depending on your bank.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. We can recommend trusted insurance providers on request.
