By making a booking with EaseTours, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit amount. The balance is due 21 days before departure. Bookings made within 21 days of travel require full payment at the time of confirmation.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and deposit paid. We reserve the right to pass on increases in airline or hotel rates in rare circumstances, with prior notice.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) for their destination. EaseTours is not liable for costs arising from missing or invalid documents.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to safety concerns, weather, road conditions, or force majeure events. Where possible, we will offer alternative arrangements of equivalent value.
EaseTours acts as a travel arranger and is not liable for acts of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators). We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our registered office is located.
