Checklist for Schengen Visa (Business):

1. Valid Passport: With at least two blank pages
2. Photos: White background, not older than 6 months, size 35–40 mm in width
3. Visa Application Form
4. Covering Letter: Introduction letter from the employer on business letterhead (original document), signed and stamped by HR or directorate — mentioning person, position, duration of service, dates and purpose of the trip, and whether expenses are covered by employer/company
5. Invitation Letter from the business partner in Switzerland — including full name, address, Email-ID and telephone number of the inviter; original or copy, signed & stamped, mentioning invitee details, dates and purpose of trip, plus a day-to-day schedule of business meetings or training
6. Travel Insurance: Minimum coverage of EUR 30,000 per person
7. Flight Reservation
8. Proof of Financial Status: All documents must be originals in A4 format with bank stamp and signature
   • If Employed: Employment contract, last 3 months salary slips, last 3 months personal bank account statements (showing salary credited), and Personal ITR (ITR-V or Acknowledgement only) for the last 2 assessment years
