Indian nationals can apply for an Egypt Business / Conference E-Visa for purposes including meetings, conferences, and academic research.

Fee: INR 5,700. Processing: 7 to 15 working days. Stay: 30 days.

Bank statement must show a minimum balance of INR 1,00,000 with seal and signature.

• Passport with minimum 6 months validity
• 2 photographs (35mm x 45mm, white background, 80% face coverage)
• Cover Letter on company letterhead: applicant name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit — duly signed and sealed with name and designation of signatory
• Invitation Letter from invitee: applicant name, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates, and details of expenses covered
• Flight itinerary and hotel confirmation
• Financial documents: last 6 months bank statement with seal and signature (minimum balance INR 1,00,000)
• Invitee company documents (e.g. Incorporation Certificate)
