1. Application Form
2. Passport: A photo in accordance with Schengen standards 35x45mm, not older than 6 months; the head should take up 70%–80% of the photo. The facial image can also be taken in digital format at the Schengen visa interview
3. Photos: Submit 2 photos, colour, ¾ view, of recent date
4. Invitation from Romania stating the applicant's purpose of visit, duration of visit, and complete business details
5. Covering Letter from the Company stating detailed business visit purpose, sponsor details and duration of stay
6. Travel Insurance to cover EUR 30,000
7. Stay Proof
8. Return or Round Ticket along with:
   • Proof of financial means in the country of residence
   • Proof of employment: bank statements
   • Proof of real estate property
   • Proof of integration into the country of residence: family ties; professional status
